With a vision in mind, the original chefs here at Red Rock set out to create an American Style menu with an Italian flare that offered a wide variety of options. As the menu grew, many traditional favorites emerged such as the Parmesan-Crusted Halibut and the French Onion Steak Sandwich. Our visitors at Red Rock have always been impressed with the culinary twist on the menu items, ranging from the wood-fired pizzas to the extensive salad and sandwich menus. Red Rock’s kitchen staff works morning and night preparing everything from scratch, making sure that your experience at Red Rock will be a delicious one. So whether you like char-broiled burgers and fries or Filet Mignon, Red Rock is sure to suit your taste buds! Red Rock’s Salt Lake kitchen crew is headed up by chefs Eric Holmes and Rogelio Tapia, assisted by sous chef Ricardo Zamora. In our Park City location, chef Victor Durant is assisted by sous chefs Robbie Allred and Andee Hemenway. Alongside a dedicated staff of prep workers, line cooks, pizza cooks, the chefs here at Red Rock is constantly working on new ideas and recipes to create unique culinary specials that’ll keep you coming back for more!
