Red Rock's Elephino™ (el-uh-fine-oh) Double India Pale Ale is an American style IPA. This beer is double dry-hopped on whole leaf Amarillo hops for a vivid, fresh aroma. The huge hop profile is backed up by a malty sweetness that lends a hand in this fine creation's balance.
